Shree Vidya Vividoddeshagala Mahila Mandala is a non-profit organization registered under Karnataka Society Registration Act 1960 with a mission to focus on the welfare of women and children. It was founded in 2005-2006 in Gadag district .We have catered to over 9000 individuals across all villages of Gadag, and district levels in Koppal, Dharwad, Bellary and Bijapur all these years. Our primary focus is on educating as well as engaging women and children with their special needs and through capacity building enhancing their skills. We have also been moving towards skill development training and counseling to women and assisting farmers on joint liability group.We are also working against child marriage ,crime against women by giving legal awareness, counselling also by promoting SHG(self help groups) to make women more self reliant and economically independent.
Our organization envisions on educating as well as engaging women and children with their special needs and through capacity building enhancing their skill.
To provide skill development training and counseling to women and assisting farmers on joint liability group such that it helps them in leading an economically independent life.

Domestic violence against women
We organized programs to support victims of domestic violence and family conflict through counseling, support group meetings, creating community counselors, and raising awareness on women’s issues. The team stays in touch with the beneficiary to check their well-being and continue counseling at Gadag District.
Covid Awareness Camp
Covid Awareness camp was conducted at Gadag city in NGO office . About 30 people attended the camp
Request Letter for Covid 19 Awareness camp
A request letter was given to the District Commissioner of Gadag, to conduct Covid 19 Awareness camp and to take measures to control Covid 19.
Free masks distribution Camp
Masks were distributed to Fruit vendors,Vegetable vendors and common people in Gadag. About 2000 masks were distributed for 4 days between 25.04.2020 to 29.04.2020
Self Employment Training
A Self employment training was arranged in Mundargi village Bidar Dist for rural women . There were totally 125 women who participated and benefited from the program.The program,was conducted for 4 days between 15/1/2020 to 18/1/2020.
